Make a puree of tomato and strain the juice and crumble the mawa also.
Heat a pan and add ghee into it.
Then add the tomato juice and stir it continuously.
In the meantime mix the mawa with the milk and make a paste.
When the tomato become thick then add the mawa paste along with cashew nuts and cardamom powder and mix it well.
When the mixture gathers to the middle and leave from the pan then switch off the flame.
Cool it for some time and make a roll like shape with your hand and also roll it on splinted almonds and pistachios.
Your Mehbooba_e_Tamatar is now ready to serve.
You can serve them in an airtight container for 3-4days.
