flour 2 tspn
soda bi carb 1/2 tspn
ghee 100 ml for dough. rest for frying.
rose water 1 tspn
sugar 200 gm
pistachios chopped 6
Directions
in a large mixing bawl add flour . mawa soda and ghee . mix well
makeout small balls from dough
deep fry
meanwhile prepare sugar syrup .
start placing hot gulabjamun into sugar syrup
add rose water . garnish with pistachios
