Ingredients

Serves 4

  • all purpose flour 200 gm

  • ghee 100 ml for making dough and for deep frying

  • sugar 150 gm

  • pistachio 20 gm

  • soda ni carb 1/2 tspn

  • milk 1 tspn

Directions

    in a bawl take flour . add 100 ml ghee and soda bi carb . mix well

  • 02

    make a firm dough using water little by little

  • 03

    make small balls . make a groove in between

  • 04

    deep fry on low flame

  • 05

    meanwhile prepare sugar syrup ( 2 threads consistency)

  • 06

    add these fried balushahi into sugar syrup

  • 07

    takeout after 30 minutes

  • 08

    sprinkle cut pieces of pistachios over sugar coated balls
