Ingredients

  • 250 gram Paneer grated


  • 300 gram condensed milk


  • 1/4 spoon cardamom powder


  • 1 spoon ghee


  • 1 spoon chopped pistachio


  • 1 silver verk (optional )

Directions

  • Put condensed milk, grated paneer in a thick bottom pan.
  • Mix well and roast them on low midium flame till it becomes a thick texture.
  • Stirring continuously to avoid burning, now add ghee and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • When mixture starts leaving edges of the pan than swich off the flame and spread it in a greased tray evenly and sprinkle chopped pistachio and silver verk over it.
  • Press a little to stick them firmly.
  • Allow it to cool and set for 2-3 hrs. Then cut into square shape and serve.
