Put condensed milk, grated paneer in a thick bottom pan.
Mix well and roast them on low midium flame till it becomes a thick texture.
Stirring continuously to avoid burning, now add ghee and cardamom powder and mix well.
When mixture starts leaving edges of the pan than swich off the flame and spread it in a greased tray evenly and sprinkle chopped pistachio and silver verk over it.
Press a little to stick them firmly.
Allow it to cool and set for 2-3 hrs. Then cut into square shape and serve.
