Ingredients

Serves 4

  • refine flour (maida) 2 cups

  • baking powder 1/2 tsp

  • ghee 1/2 cups

  • curd 1/2 cups

  • For sugar syrup : sugar 2 cups

  • water 1 cups

  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

  • chopped almonds and pistachio 2 tsp

  • ghee or oil for frying 200 gms

Directions

    Sieve the refine flour and baking soda.

  • 02

    Add ghee and mix it with lightly hand till you get a crumble like texture.

    Now add curd and make a dough with adding little water.

    Keep aside for 15 minutes.

    For making sugar syrup add sugar,cardamom powder and water boil it till 2 thread sugar syrup is ready.

    Now divide the dough in equal size balls and press it in the middle with your finger.

    Heat oil in a wok on midium flame and deep fry these balls till they turn golden brown in colour on low midium flame.

    Then add these fried balls in sugar syrup and let them soak for 15 minutes.

    Now take them out in plate and garnish with chopped almonds and pistachio.
