  • 200 gms almond

  • 200 gms sugar

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • 2 tsp ghee


  • Soak almond for 7 or 8 hours..peel them and byadding milk make fine paste from almonds. after peeling almond if u r not using early u hv to soak it in milk otherwise thy will change colour
  • Grind sugar
  • Heat pan and cook almond paste,add sugar and cardamom powder.stir continiously until tha batter becomes thick.add 1 tsp ghee ,when batter stars leaving pan bottom switch off the flame.
  • Grease butter paper from ghee
  • Transfer almond batter on plate when heat in tha batter is , enough hot to handle ,knead it untuk it become soft like soch.
  • transfer almond dough on butter paper.cover dough with butter paper .roll dough from all sides untill u reach thickness of dough to 3 to 5 mm .
  • When dough is completly cool cut them into diamond or square shape.
