Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 2 cups dessicated coconut


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1 cups grated mawa


  • 3 tsp saffron milk


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 100 ml condensed milk


  • 2 tsp chop pista and almonds


  • 2 tsp pure ghee

Directions

  • Take a nonstick wok add milk,coconut,cardamom powder,ghee,mawa mix and cook for slow heat.
  • After 10 minutes then batter seprately in a pan then gas off.
  • Then batter divide in two parts.one part white and second part mix saffron milk.
  • Take a greased tray then white batter pour and set for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes saffron part set in white part and garnish pista and slmonds.
  • After cool then cut in cubes.
  • Double layered coconut burfi is ready.
