Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Dessicated coconut 2 cups

  • milk 1/2 cups

  • Grated mawa 1 cups

  • Saffron milk 3 tsp

  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • condensed milk 100 ml

  • chop pista and almonds 2 tsp

  • pure ghee 2 tsp

Directions

    Take a nonstick wok add milk,coconut,cardamom powder,ghee,mawa mix and cook for slow heat.

    After 10 minutes then batter seprately in a pan then gas off.

    Then batter divide in two parts.one part white and second part mix saffron milk.

    Take a greased tray then white batter pour and set for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes saffron part set in white part and garnish pista and slmonds.

    After cool then cut in cubes.

  • 07

    Double layered coconut burfi is ready.
