In pan take jaggery and water, stir it till jaggery get dissolve
In mixing bowl take wheat flour,baking powder, salt,cardamom powder,nutmeg powder
Mix all the dry ingredients
Using jaggery water make the soft dough.
Set dough for 10 minutes
Take one part of dough and and roll roti in regular size
Rolled dough not so thik or so thin
Cut the roti in diamond shape
Heat oil in pan,and get it medium hot
Deep fry all the gudpare till gets golden color
Store it for 10-15 days in air tight container
