Heat milk in deep bottom vessel
bring milk to boil stirring occasionally
take out 2 tablespoon milk in a bowl add Saffron and soak it in milk
Cook milk until it is reduced to half .Add Saffron milk, sugar, cardamom and mix well cook for another 4-5 minutes
allow to cool the room temperature
Blend basundi for better creamy texture. This is optional step
Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with nuts just before serving
Serve cold
