Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 4-5 nos egg


  • 4 nos onion(chopped)


  • 3 nos tomato(chopped)


  • 2 nos garlic ,ginger(paste both)


  • 4 nos laung


  • 3 nos elichi


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 2 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp corrienderpowder


  • 1 tbsp jeers powder


  • 2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil


  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • In a pan add water and eggs and Cook it for 30 min.in a mean time see eggs are properly cooked or not.if cooked then peel off the eggs and keep it aside.
  • Keep another pan add some oil then add laung,elichi,bay leaf Cook for a min when it stars to splutter add chopped Onion.cook untill it turns to golden then add tomatoes and fry it for 5 min.then add chilli powder , corriender powder,jeera powder and garam masala to it and fry it well then add curd mix it.add eggs to it add some water and Cook it for 20 min.g garnish it with some corriender leaves and kasuri methi.
