  • 1-2 tsp blue curacao syrup
  • 2 tsp sugar syrup
  • 300 ml sparking water (club soda)
  • 3-4 nos ice cubes
  • 5-6 nos mint leaves
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1-2 nos lime wedges

Directions

  • In a mocktail glass, mix together sugar syrup, lime juice, some crushed mint leaves, blue curacao syrup, sparkling water and stir
  • Add some ice cubes
  • Garnish with a lime wedge
