Ingredients

Serves : 7
  • 1 kgs milk
  • 4 tsp lemon
  • 2 nos beet root grinded
  • 1 cups suger
  • 2 nos bay leaves
  • 4 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Take a pan add ghee and bay leaves.
  • After that add beet root and salute them .
  • Add milk 1/4cup keep it for 7/8 minutes
  • Add suger stir it well.
  • Remove it from the gas.
  • Take another pan add milk stir it well.
  • Add lemon juice and stir it well until it's thicky.
  • Remove it.
  • Now shape it like pictures and serve it ,diwali spicial sweet dish.
