Milk 1 kgs
lemon 4 tsp
Beet root grinded 2 nos
Suger 1 cups
Bay leaves 2 nos
Ghee 4 tsp
Take a pan add ghee and bay leaves.
After that add beet root and salute them .
Add milk 1/4cup keep it for 7/8 minutes
Add suger stir it well.
Remove it from the gas.
Take another pan add milk stir it well.
Add lemon juice and stir it well until it's thicky.
Now shape it like pictures and serve it ,diwali spicial sweet dish.
