  • 150 gms dark chocolate

  • 1/2 litre milk

  • 3 tsp custard powder

  • 5 tbsp sugar

  • 1 cups banana and pomegranate for decoration


  • 1st Melt Dark Chocolate In Double Boiler Method Or In Microwave.
  • Then In A Diya Mould Pour A Thick Coating Of Melted Chocolate. Keep This In Fridge For 15 Minutes.
  • Now After 15 Mins Demould The Chocolate Diyas Very Carefully.
  • Now For The Oil In Diya , Will Prepare Custard. Boil 1/2 Litre Milk And In A Separate Bowl Take 3tbsp Room Temperature Milk And Mix 3tsp Custard Powder In It.
  • Now Mix This Custard Mix In The Boiling Milk. Add 5 Tbsp Sugar.
  • Once It Starts Getting Thick Switch Off The Flame.
  • Now Once The Custard Comes To Room Temperature Pour This In Your Chocolate Diyas.
  • Now For The Dhaga Part , Put Thin Sliced Banana. And Decorate The Sides Of Diya With Pomegranate.
  • Serve This Special Diwali Dessert To Your Guests And Surprise Them.
