Heat a pan ,add oil to it. when oil heats up well add Mustard and Cumin. Let them pop up. Make flame low. Now add Peanuts,Roast them well on low flame. Now add Curry leaves. Fry them till become cruncy/crispy. Add coarsly grond Garlic. Fry for 1 min and turn off the flame. Garlic become crispy in hot oil very quickly therfore turn off flame . Wait for 2 mins. Now add Red Chilli powder,salt,Turmeric powder, Metkut band Sugar. Mix everything well. Our Bhadang Masala is ready. Now take puffed Rice/Murmura in flat dish, pour Bhadang masala prepared over it. Give nice mix. Delicious Bhadang is ready. you can garnish it with chopped Onion,Tomato, Lemon and Coriander as per your choice .
