Ingredients

  • 1 cups besan / gram flour


  • 1/4 cups maida or rice flour


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp green chilli ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 cups water


  • 1/2 cups grated dry coconut


  • 1/2 cups chopped coriander


  • 2 tbsp roasted poppy seeds


  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds


  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  • 1/8 tsp hing/asafoetida


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 cups sev


  • 1/3 cups thick tamarind pulp


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Directions

  • First We Will Prepare Dough For Cover.
  • Take Besan In A Bowl,Add Rice Flour Or Maida Or Wheat Flour To It.
  • Add Green Chilli Ginger Garlic Paste,Turmeric Powder,Salt And Oil.
  • Mix Everything Well.
  • Now Add Water Slowly And Knead The Soft Dough.
  • Cover A Lid And Keep Aside For 10 To 15 Mins.
  • Now Let's Prepare Masala For Feeling.
  • Take Gretaed Dry Coconut,Chopped Frsh Coriander, Roasted Poppy Seeds,Salt ,Sugar,Red Chilli Powder In A Bowl.
  • Combine All Ingredients Well.
  • Add Sev To It And Mix Well.
  • Keep Aside.
  • Now Take Tamarind Pulp In A Bowl,Add Salt Sugar, Red Chilli Powder,Black Masala.
  • Mix Well. Now Take Small Portion Of Dough ,Roll To Thin Roti .
  • Apply Evenly Tamarind Chutney Made To Roti.
  • Spread Dry Masala Prepared Over It Evenly.
  • Roll Gently ,Cut Both The Ends.
  • Place The Rolls To Greased Plate.
  • Place The Plate In Pre Heated Cooker Without Whistle And Steam For 15 Mins.
  • After 15 Mins Take Out The Rolls,Allow Them Cool.
  • Cut Into Pieces.
  • Deep Fry In Hot Oil On Low To Medium Heat.
  • Fry Till Golden Brown Color.
  • Bhakarwadi Is Ready.
