Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 nos apple grated
  • 2 nos banana slices
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon jest
  • 3 nos cherries few for garnish
  • 1/2 kgs hung curd
  • 100 gms cream cheese
  • 100 gms sugar powder

Directions

  • Take a bowl put hung curd beat well
  • Add sugar power lemon juice on it beat again well add cream cheese
  • Continuously beat nicely ...beat up to forms as cream texture..once it's formed transfer the cream into cone shaped mould
  • Take a pan pour strawberry syrup heat as 1 min once it get bubbling add grated apple on it
  • Take a serving bowls put apple paste arrange banana slices place cream with cone as another layer like repeat the combination ...
  • Finally sprinkles lemon jest add cheery decorate apple syrup on top ready to serve
