  • 1/2 kgs baby o smol potatoes or normal potatoes (boiled, peeled n cut in halves, if big make thick slices)

  • 3 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 dash chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 cups batter: gram flour (besan)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch salt, turmeric powder n chilli powder

  • 8-10 nos few corriander leaves (chopped)


  • Make chutney of the last five ingredients putting lemon juice as per paste thickness
  • Apply chutney on one half of the boiled potatoes and sandwich with the other
  • When all done keep them aside
  • Batter:Mix to not to thin or thick batter using water
  • Then dip each sandwiched potato in it, and deep fry till golden brown color
  • Serve with sweet n sour tamarind sauce
