Ingredients

  • baby o smol potatoes or normal potatoes (boiled, peeled n cut in halves, if big make thick slices) 1/2 kgs

  • chilli powder 3 tsp

  • lemon juice 1 tsp

  • chaat masala 1 dash

  • garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • Batter: gram flour (besan) 1 cups

  • baking powder 1/2 tsp

  • salt, turmeric powder n chilli powder 1 pinch

  • few corriander leaves (chopped) 8-10 nos

Directions

    Make chutney of the last five ingredients putting lemon juice as per paste thickness

  • 02

    Apply chutney on one half of the boiled potatoes and sandwich with the other

    When all done keep them aside

  • 04

    Batter:Mix to not to thin or thick batter using water

  • 05

    Then dip each sandwiched potato in it, and deep fry till golden brown color

  • 06

    Serve with sweet n sour tamarind sauce
