maida (all purpose flour) 4 cups
yeast 2 tsp
salt 1 pinch
coconut milk 1/4 cups
chaat masala 1/4 tsp
bind the dough with coconut milk, just like kalimati dough all wet and soggy
like thick batter
let it rise
use a tava which will stick the roti on it and has handle...
use charcoal stove, kip tava for heating, put a handful lump of batter on it and spread till you get med size roti use water to spread the batter, sprinkle sesame, when its done turn the tava on flame (the roti stil stuck on it)...
when done the other side, remove the roti from tava and continue making till all done.
NB: nonstick tava is not suitable for dis naan...
if using nonstick use gas cooker, and when one side done keep oven net on gas cooker and roast on it for de side not done.
the rest of procedure do as above.
this will giv you around 8-10 thick rotis
