Ingredients

  • Pasta (boiled in water n salt den strained) pkt 1 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • White Pepper Powder 1 tsp

  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp

  • chopped garlic 1 tbsp

  • Ginger (slivered) 1 piece

  • Soya Sauce 1 tsp

  • Veggies: Capsicum (thin jullienes) 1 nos

  • Spring Onion (thin jullienes) 1 nos

  • Cabbage (thin jullienes) 1 piece

  • Carrots (thin jullienes) 1 nos

  • fish masala 1/4 tsp

  • Tomato Sauce 4 tbsp

  • Tomato Puree 3 tbsp

  • Red Chutney 1 tsp

  • Schezuan Sauce 1 tsp

  • Shrimps (saute in salt, chilli powder, turmeric, garlic n lil tikka masala) 1-2 cups

Directions

    in a wok but 2 tbsp butter n 2 tbsp oil den add garlic n stir fry, add green chillies n toss, add ginger stir fry den add veggies, all sauces, sprinkle salt n white pepper.

    toss in shrimps den add pasta n stir well.
