Pasta (boiled in water n salt den strained) pkt 1 nos
Salt 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger (slivered) 1 piece
Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Veggies: Capsicum (thin jullienes) 1 nos
Spring Onion (thin jullienes) 1 nos
Cabbage (thin jullienes) 1 piece
Carrots (thin jullienes) 1 nos
fish masala 1/4 tsp
Tomato Sauce 4 tbsp
Tomato Puree 3 tbsp
Red Chutney 1 tsp
Schezuan Sauce 1 tsp
Shrimps (saute in salt, chilli powder, turmeric, garlic n lil tikka masala) 1-2 cups
Directions
in a wok but 2 tbsp butter n 2 tbsp oil den add garlic n stir fry, add green chillies n toss, add ginger stir fry den add veggies, all sauces, sprinkle salt n white pepper.
toss in shrimps den add pasta n stir well.
