1 nos pasta (boiled in water n salt den strained) pkt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 piece ginger (slivered)
1 tsp soya sauce
1 nos veggies: capsicum (thin jullienes)
1 nos spring onion (thin jullienes)
1 piece cabbage (thin jullienes)
1 nos carrots (thin jullienes)
1/4 tsp fish masala
4 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp red chutney
1 tsp schezuan sauce
1-2 cups shrimps (saute in salt, chilli powder, turmeric, garlic n lil tikka masala)

in a wok but 2 tbsp butter n 2 tbsp oil den add garlic n stir fry, add green chillies n toss, add ginger stir fry den add veggies, all sauces, sprinkle salt n white pepper.
