Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos pasta (boiled in water n salt den strained) pkt


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp white pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic


  • 1 piece ginger (slivered)


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 nos veggies: capsicum (thin jullienes)


  • 1 nos spring onion (thin jullienes)


  • 1 piece cabbage (thin jullienes)


  • 1 nos carrots (thin jullienes)


  • 1/4 tsp fish masala


  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 3 tbsp tomato puree


  • 1 tsp red chutney


  • 1 tsp schezuan sauce


  • 1-2 cups shrimps (saute in salt, chilli powder, turmeric, garlic n lil tikka masala)

Directions

  • in a wok but 2 tbsp butter n 2 tbsp oil den add garlic n stir fry, add green chillies n toss, add ginger stir fry den add veggies, all sauces, sprinkle salt n white pepper.
  • toss in shrimps den add pasta n stir well.
