Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups a) for paneer tikka : paneer


  • 1/2 cups bell papers


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp vinager


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 2-3 nos bamboo sticks


  • 1/2 cups for chesse balls : grated cheese


  • 1 cups boiled corn


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 cups water as require


  • 2 cups c) for rice : cooked basmati rice


  • 3 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1 tbsp parsley leaves


  • 1/4 tbsp white pepper


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 2 cups d) for mix vegetable : mix boiled vegetables (brocoli, carrot, french beans, baby corn etc)


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic


  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 cups e) masala spaghetti : boiled spaghetti


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 2 cups f) for buttery sauce : tomato puree


  • 3 tbsp butter


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp black papper


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1/4 tsp kasuri methi


  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes


  • 3 tbsp heavy cream


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 5-6 nos g) for garnishing :cabbage leaves

Directions

  • A) For paneer tikka : Take a bowl.
  • Add panner and bell papers into it.
  • Now add red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, black salt, mixed herbs, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, vinegar and salt to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Now take one bamboo sticks and assemble all the vegetables.
  • Keep aside.
  • Now take a grill pan and heat some butter.
  • Cook the panner sticks until brown.
  • Keep it aside.
  • for cheese balls
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add cheese and corn.
  • Also add black pepper and salt and combine well.
  • Make Medium sized balls.
  • Now take a small bowl.
  • Add all purpose flour and water.
  • Combine it well.
  • Make thick mixture.
  • Take a pan and heat some oil.
  • Dip the ball into the mixture and fry it.
  • Fry until golden brown.
  • Keep aside.
  • C) for rice : Heat some butter in pan
  • Now add cooked basmati rice.
  • Add mixed herbs, parsaly leaves, white pepper and salt.
  • Mix it well.
  • Cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Keep aside.
  • D) for mix vegetables
  • Take a pan and heat butter.
  • Add chopped gingerand cook it until golden brown.
  • Add boiled vegetables and mix it well.
  • Now add black pepper, black salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, lemon juice and salt to taste
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Keep aside.
  • E) for masala spaghetti
  • Heat some butter in pan.
  • Add spaghetti.
  • Add salt and black pepper.
  • Mix it well.
  • Cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Keep aside.
  • F) for sauce
  • Take a pan.
  • Heat some butter
  • Add ginger garlic paste.
  • Now add tomato puree.
  • Add mixed herbs, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and combine it well.
  • Cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Now add heavy cream.
  • And combine well.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Keep aside.
  • G) for Buttery sizzler
  • Prepared ingredients
  • Take a sizzler plate.
  • Heat it on gas.
  • Assemble cabbage leaves.
  • After that assemble all the ingredients that we have made.
  • Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now arrange the plate on wooden block.
  • Pour the butter sauce.
  • Add the butter under the cabbage leaves to generate smoke.
  • Serve hot.
