Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup hung curd(tie fresh curd tightly in muslim cloth for one hour)

  • 1/2 cup crumbled paneer

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

  • 6 tbsp finely chopped cashewnuts

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander

  • 10 tbsp breard crumbs

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tsp garam masala

  • 3 finely chopped green chillies

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 2-3 tbsp Oil for shallow frying

  • 3 tbsp cornflour for rolling

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients (expect oil and cornflour) in a deep bowl and mix well.

    Divide the mixture into 7-8 equal portions and shape each portion round kebab and tikki.

    Roll each kabab in cornflour.

  • 04

    Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry kababs till they turn crispy and golden brown from both sides.

    Serve hot with chutney n ketchup.
