1 cup hung curd(tie fresh curd tightly in muslim cloth for one hour)
1/2 cup crumbled paneer
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
6 tbsp finely chopped cashewnuts
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
10 tbsp breard crumbs
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp garam masala
3 finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp Salt
2-3 tbsp Oil for shallow frying
3 tbsp cornflour for rolling
Combine all the ingredients (expect oil and cornflour) in a deep bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 7-8 equal portions and shape each portion round kebab and tikki.
Roll each kabab in cornflour.
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry kababs till they turn crispy and golden brown from both sides.
Serve hot with chutney n ketchup.
