Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 nos boiled eggs


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp aniseed powder


  • 1 tsp ginger powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp black papper powder


  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 5 nos cardamom


  • 1/4 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 6 nos cloves


  • 1 nos dry kashmiri lal mirch


  • 1 cups curd


  • 8-10 nos coriander leaf


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • Boiled Eggs Marinate Spice And Set Aside Heat The Oil In A Pan.
  • Add Eggs And Fry Till Colour Change.
  • Set Aside Heat The Oil In A Pan.
  • Add Cumin Seeds, Kashmiri Dry Chilli, Asafoetida, Cloves And Saut For Minute Now Reduced The Heat And Add Chilli Powder & Turmeric Powder And Stir Few Minutes Later Spice Leave The Oil Add Beaten Curd With Ginger Powder, Aniseed Powder, Salt And Little Water With Medium Heat.
  • Stir Occasionally.
  • After A Minute Add Fryed Eggs And Stir Occasionally.And Cook For 10 Min.
  • The Masala Eggs Is Now Ready Then Add Garam Masala, Cinnamon Powder, Cardamom And Black Pepper Powder And Cooked For 5 Min.
  • Garnish With Coriander Leaf
  • Serve Hot
