Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Kheema (beef) 1 kgs

  • salt 1 tsp

  • green chillies 4-5 nos

  • few mint leaves 8-10 nos

  • corriander leaves (chopped) 1/4 cups

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • dhana jeera masala 1 tsp

  • slices of bread 10 nos

  • eggs 2 nos

  • onion (chopped finelly) 1 nos

Directions

  • 01

    strain n squeeze all water from kheema, soak bread slices in water n squeeze out water.

  • 02

    tek a big bowl put kheema n bread slices ol water strained out add ol de ingredients n mix very well til its soft n evthing is blended in.

  • 03

    make balls n deep fry on med flame til done.

  • 04

    Serve wid coconut chutney n red hot chutney
