Ingredients

  • 1 kgs kheema (beef)


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 4-5 nos green chillies


  • 8-10 nos few mint leaves


  • 1/4 cups corriander leaves (chopped)


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp dhana jeera masala


  • 10 nos slices of bread


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1 nos onion (chopped finelly)

Directions

  • strain n squeeze all water from kheema, soak bread slices in water n squeeze out water.
  • tek a big bowl put kheema n bread slices ol water strained out add ol de ingredients n mix very well til its soft n evthing is blended in.
  • make balls n deep fry on med flame til done.
  • Serve wid coconut chutney n red hot chutney
