Ingredients

  • payas (trotters) 20 nos

  • coconut (grated) 1/4 cups

  • sticks of cinnamon 3 nos

  • cloves 4 nos

  • cardamon 5 nos

  • salt 1 pinch

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • ginger slivered 1/4 nos

  • onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • tomatoes (chopped) 5 nos

  • garam masala 1 1/2 tsp

  • ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp

Directions

    roast coconut in a pan to golden brown color n let it cool dwn.... blend tomatoes, coconut, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste n turmeric powder to a fyne paste.

    in a big pot or pressure cooker braise onion in lil ghee til its browned up... add whole garam masala let it splutter den add tomato mixture wid payas n water add slivered ginger n let cook til olmost done.

    tek a smol bowl mix 2 tbsp wheat flour wid water n add in paya n cook more til done

    Garnish wid chopped corriander leaves n chillies wid sliced lemon...
