First grind cashew and whole spices.
Now make a coarse paste of rajma.
First dry roast gram flour till colour change.
Now heat a pan and add ghee.
First add ginger garlic and fry.
Now add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Now add cashew paste, soya granules,rajma, rajma masala and salt.
Fry for 2 minutes.
When it's cool down add corrinder leaves and gram flour mix well.
Now make kabab and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
Now shallow fry it
