Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups rajma,boiled


  • 1/2 cups soya granules


  • 10 nos cashew


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic ,chopped


  • 1 nos onion,chopped


  • 1 tbsp rajma masala


  • 2 tbsp gram flour


  • 2 nos green cardemon


  • 4 nos cloves


  • 1 piece cinnamon


  • 6 nos black pepper


  • 1 sprig corrinder leaves


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • First grind cashew and whole spices.
  • Now make a coarse paste of rajma.
  • First dry roast gram flour till colour change.
  • Now heat a pan and add ghee.
  • First add ginger garlic and fry.
  • Now add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Now add cashew paste, soya granules,rajma, rajma masala and salt.
  • Fry for 2 minutes.
  • When it's cool down add corrinder leaves and gram flour mix well.
  • Now make kabab and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Now shallow fry it
