Mix baking soda and lemon juice to make dough rise as recipe is vegan.
When mixture is ready add it to mixture of flour salt / seasonings and 3 tbps oil. Then knead together until you get a smooth, slightly sticky dough.
Apply oil to your palm and knead until the dough well on a flour dusted platform.
Wrap with cling film and allow to proof by keeping in a warm place till double.
Grease a muffin mold with oil or layer with butter paper.Knock down the air in the dough and divide the dough into medium size balls of equal portions.
Take a small dough ball and roll it into a small circular disk. make small 4 cuts on it.
Place 1 tbsp of prepared stuffing( recipe below) onto it. and seal two opposite corners then by forming a flower shape wrap and seal other two ends of it.
Place these stuffed balls in a prepared greasrd muffin mold.
Cover and keep aside and allow the buns to rise for another 30 minutes.Once risen they are ready to bake.
In the mean time preheat the oven to 400°F.
Brush the buns with some milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds, olives on top and bake for about 30 mins until the top is golden brown.
Gently brush with one coat butter on it and serve hot stuffed buns as snack with tea.
For stuffing; heat oil in a pan, add onions and lightly saute it.
Add frozen veggies and let it saute for a minute. Add spices and mix gently.
Switch off the flame and let it cool to get it stuffed in buns.
Snacks are ready to serve...
