Spice powder-Dry roast all the spice and grindvin mixer maker powder n ready ur homemade spice powder.
For paste take a pan on flame add 2sp. Oil add chop Onion saute 2min. Add ginger garlic saute few min. more add chop tomato and cook 4-5min. Switch off the flame get little cool grind and make fine paste.
Now put the kadhai on flame add oil heat it now add 1sp whole spice as u like (bayleaf,green cardamom,black cardamom , loung etc.)
Now add cubed veggie and saute few minutes.
Now add onion tomato paste and cook it with continue stir.
Now add turmeric, kasmiri mirch and royal garam masala and cook it .
Add homemade kadhai paneer spice powder 1-2sp and cook until spice mixture left the oil.
Add malai/cream and salt cook.2min. Add water for gravy.
When gravy cook add paneer n cook 2-4min again lastly add kasmiri methi switch off the flame.
