  • potatoes 7 nos

  • flour 2 bowls

  • refined oil 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Kitchen King 1 tsp

  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp

  • kasuri methi 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Rock Salt Or Kala Sendha Namak 1/2 tsp

  • onion 3 nos

  • green chilli 3 nos

Directions

    Put two glass water in pressure cooker and put potatoes inside cooker.turn the cooker on high flame.lets have 5 to 6 whistles

    Now peel the potatoes and add all spices.mix well

    Your potatoe masala is ready to fill in.

    Now make small balls of prepared flour and put one tablespoon masala inside.make small tikkis type shape.put in hot oil and fry from both sides.your so yummy masala khasta kachori is ready to serve with tamarind chutney
