  • 1 cups a) for roast flour :desi ghee

  • 2 cups wheat flour

  • 1 cups for making sukhdi :jaggery

  • 1 cups desi ghee

  • 2 tbsp milk


  • Take a pan.
  • Add ghee into it.
  • Let it melt.
  • After melting the ghee, add wheat flour.
  • Mix it well.
  • Roast in until flour turns little brown or Aromatic.
  • Flame should be medium.
  • Now turn off the flame.
  • Now take another pan.
  • Add ghee into it.
  • Also add jaggery.
  • Stir until jaggery is melted and mix completely in ghee.
  • Stir continuously.
  • When bubble forms in jaggery add little by little flour into it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add milk and mix it well.
  • Now turn off the flame.
  • Now take a plate and Grease it with ghee.
  • Pour the sukhdi mixture in to it.
  • Spread it equally.
  • Now let the sukhdi cool down little.
  • Now make cuts as per your choice.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Sukhdi is ready to be serve.
