Take a pan.
Add ghee into it.
Let it melt.
After melting the ghee, add wheat flour.
Mix it well.
Roast in until flour turns little brown or Aromatic.
Flame should be medium.
Now turn off the flame.
Now take another pan.
Add ghee into it.
Also add jaggery.
Stir until jaggery is melted and mix completely in ghee.
Stir continuously.
When bubble forms in jaggery add little by little flour into it.
Mix it well.
Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Now add milk and mix it well.
Now turn off the flame.
Now take a plate and Grease it with ghee.
Pour the sukhdi mixture in to it.
Spread it equally.
Now let the sukhdi cool down little.
Now make cuts as per your choice.
Let it cool completely.
Sukhdi is ready to be serve.
