Ingredients

Serves 8

  • All purpose flour 2 cups

  • Ghee 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp

  • Oil 2 cups

  • For sugar surup :Sugar 2 cups

  • Water 1 cups

Directions

    Make a dough of flour, ghee,salt,baking powder & required water.Cover it & keep rest for 30 minutes.

    After that roll it like roti but it should be thick.

    Fold it & again roll it with the help of roller pin.Do it for 3 to 4 times.

    Then cut it into small diomond shaped.

    Heat enough oil in a a deep kadhai & fry it only in low flame for crispy & crunchy texture.

    Boil sugar syrup ,switch off the flame & dip the hot flour gojas in hot syrup.Keep it like this for an hour.

    After an hour a sugar layer can be seen on outer coat of gojas.Serve it
