Wash and soak sabudana overnight.
In a pan add ghee and sugar for caramelization.
Then add the water and milk into it.
When it boil for sometime then add sabudana into it.
In the mean time peel the apple and grate it.
Then saute it for sometime in a pan till it becomes dry.
Then add the apple with the milk along with the dry fruits.
When it becomes thick then add the cardamom powder and mix well.
Chill it for sometime by placing it in the refrigerator.
Now the Apple Sabudana Kheer is ready and serve it in chilled condition by garnishing dome pistachios.
