masoor dal soaked for 8 hours 5 cups
black salt or common salt 1 tsp
oil for frying 2 cups
Soak masoor dal overnight or 8 hours
Wask it twice and spread it on a cotton cloth. Let it dry.
Heat oil and deep fry masoor dal.
Remove it on a tissue paper and remove the excess oil.
Add some salt and toss it gently.
The crunchy savory madoor dal is ready to eat.
