  • 1 tbsp agar agar powder o gelatine

  • 1/2 tsp red food color

  • 1/2 tsp citric acid/lemon juice

  • 6 tbsp sugar

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 pinch chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp strawberry essence

  • 1/2 cups strawberries (chopped)

  • 1 litre pudding:milk

  • 1/2 litre tin evaporated milk

  • 1 cups double cream

  • 2 tbsp agar agar powder or gelatine

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/2 cups nestle cream


  • tek a pot put water add sugar, agar agar powder n citric acid mix well n kip on boil, wen it boils remuv from flame add fruit essence, chaat masala n fruit
  • Let it cool
  • NB: can use ready jelly and add chaat masala n fresh fruits
  • Pudding:mix agar agar in lil milk til its dissolved, kip ol ingredients on boil except vanila essence n creams.
  • let it boil remove from flame add essence n cream n beat well, let it cool pour on dessert glasses n let it set completely
  • Pour little jelly on it n
  • let cool then keep in fridge to set n chill....
  • While serving garnish with sliced Strawberries.
