Buns: maida (all purpose flour) 3 cups
yeast 2 tsp
oil 3 tbsp
salt 1 pinch
milk powder (nido) 3 tbsp
butter/margarine 1 tbsp
Bonbon (Patties):Beef Mince wid little Fats (double minced as in seekh kebabs) 1 kgs
onion 1 nos
green chillies 6 nos
Salt 1 tsp
ginger 1/2 tsp
Garlic Cloves 4 nos
Egg 1 nos
Oil 1 tbsp
Black Pepper (pounded) 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Celery leaves 8-10 nos
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Cheese Dip/Sauce:Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1 cups
Milk 1 cups
All Purpose Flour 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Chilli powder 1 pinch
Salt n Pepper 1 dash
Parsely, Chives and Marjoram 1 tbsp
Buns:Mix dry ingredients well
Bind soft dough using ol ingredients wid warm water, knead very well
Den let it rise cover de big bowl wid cling film...
Punch bek mek 9-10 balls n flatten dem...
Place dem on greased tray leaving an inch or 2 space between each bun
Glaze ol over the top wid beaten egg
Let it fully rise, den bake in oven on 200°C til top is browned up.....
Bonbon (Patties):.Pass onion, green chillies, egg, oil, yogurt, and all spices, ginger n garlic in blender to fine mixture
Tek a big bowl add mince, onion mixture n salt then mix very well...
Kip in fridge for atleast 3 hrs, mek 9-10 balls n flatten dem, de edges all round the pattie dab to get straight edge...
Pan fry them on high flame pressing each with burger skillet, till browned up then kip on greased tray wen ol done, bake in oven or chargrill till done...
Cheese Dip/Sauce:In a pan put butter n flour and braise a little add milk little at a tyme n mixing it with whisker, till ol over.
Add cheese n mix well add chilli powder, salt n pepper, mix well as cheese melts remove from flame add herbs n mix well, remove in a bowl
NB: if yor milk m flour mixture is too thick can add more milk to get thick pouring consistency before adding cheese Can add in 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce n 1 tbsp mustard sauce for burgers only
prepare the burger:Cut bun in half n spread mayonaise on each hlf
Put a lettuce leaf on bottom hlf, put some grated carrot
Scoop 1 tbsp of cheese sauce n put on carrot
Put a tomato slice, onion slice n cucumber slice
Kip pattie on de salad n cover wid de oder hlf
