First mix oats, suji and curd.
Make add salt and make batter and keep it 30 min.
Now mix eno n mix lighty.
Now grease a idli mould and steam 10 minutes on medium high.
Now chop all veggies and heat 1 TSP oil and crackle mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Now fry onion then add tomato fry it. Now add capsicum and sambhar ,masala and fry .
Now add idli pieces, salt and fry.
Finally add green Corriender.
