Moong dal soaked 2 cups
Fresh ghee 3/4 cups
Elaichi powder 1 tsp
Milk 250 ml
Sugar 1 1/4 cups
Nuts 1/4 cups
Wash and soak the deal about 4-5hour.
Now drain the water and grind the dal make dal paste without adding water.
Now take a nonstick pan on flame add ghee .
Now add dal paste in it and started to roast it with continues stir(on medium slow flame).
When dal slowly slowly completely roast and change the colour and get NYC roast aroma of dal come out. Add sugar and elaichi powder roast some time more now add milk.
Now cook the halwa u ntill get dry.
When halwa get dry and left the left the ghee add nuts and switch off the flame.
Garnish with some dry fruits.
