Ingredients

Serves 12

  • hard-boiled egg, peeled 12 nos

  • flour 1 cups

  • egg 3 nos

  • panko breadcrumbs 1 cups

  • oil, for frying 300 gms

  • mayonnaise 4 tbsp

  • pickle relish 2 tbsp

  • mustard 2 nos

  • hot sauce 1 tsp

  • salt to taste 2 pinch

  • pepper, to taste 2 pinch

Directions

    Heat cooking oilfor deep frying in a medium size pan over medium heat.

    Cut a hard boiled egg in half lengthwise. Gently separate the cook eggwhite from the yolk and remove to the medium bowl.

    Coat the cooked egg white in flour,eggs,bread crumbs.

    Carefully place eggs into the hot oil.

    Fry for 2-3 minutes flipping halfway through.

  • 06

    Remove from pan and drain excess oil on paper towel.

  • 07

    Add mayonnaise, relish, mustard, hot sauce , salt and pepper to yolks and mash until smooth.

  • 08

    Fill a piping dish or a plastic sandwich bag with yolk mixture. Pipe mixture back into the fried egg white and dust with paprika.
