Buffalo fried deviled Eggs

  • 12 nos hard-boiled egg, peeled

  • 1 cups flour

  • 3 nos egg

  • 1 cups panko breadcrumbs

  • 300 gms oil, for frying

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp pickle relish

  • 2 nos mustard

  • 1 tsp hot sauce

  • 2 pinch salt to taste

  • 2 pinch pepper, to taste


  • Heat cooking oilfor deep frying in a medium size pan over medium heat.
  • Cut a hard boiled egg in half lengthwise. Gently separate the cook eggwhite from the yolk and remove to the medium bowl.
  • Coat the cooked egg white in flour,eggs,bread crumbs.
  • Carefully place eggs into the hot oil.
  • Fry for 2-3 minutes flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from pan and drain excess oil on paper towel.
  • Add mayonnaise, relish, mustard, hot sauce , salt and pepper to yolks and mash until smooth.
  • Fill a piping dish or a plastic sandwich bag with yolk mixture. Pipe mixture back into the fried egg white and dust with paprika.
