Oats 1 cups
Poha 1 cups
Cashew 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves 5-6 nos
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Peanuts 1 tbsp
Directions
In a pan roast oats, poha and cashew.
In a bowl take oats, poha, cashew, salt, sugar . Mix them well.
Heat oil then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, peanuts and make tadka of it.
Pour it on oats mixture. It is ready to serve.
