Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Maida 1 cups

  • Rava 1 tsp

  • Powdered Sugar 1 cups

  • Hershey's chocolate syrup 1 cups

  • Ghee 1 cups

  • Water 1 cups

  • Oil 4 cups

  • Colourful sev for garnishing 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Rice Flour 1 tsp

  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Directions

    First in a pan melt ghee.

    In a bowl take Maida, water, melted ghee, salt and knead dough of it. And rest it for 5-10 minutes.

    While dough is resting take melted ghee, rava, rice flour and make paste of it.

    n a bowl mix powdered sugar and cardamom powder.

    Now make a ball of dough and roll roti of it likewise roll as many roti you can .

    Now take 1 roti and spread ghee, rice flour and rava mixture on it.

    Repeat the above process by applying mixture and placing roti.

    Now roll it.

    Cut it into pieces.

    Now roll roti of this as many you can.

    Now deep fry this roti.

    When the puris are hot immediately sprinkle powdered sugar mixture.

    Now finally spread Hershey's chocolate syrup.

    Finally garnish with colourful sev.

    Keep it fridge for 10-20 minutes to set.

    Serve chilled and mouthwatering chocolate chiroti.
