Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms paneer


  • 1 inch ginger finally chopped


  • 2 nos onion


  • 2 nos tomato hybrid


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1 tbsp corriender leaves


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • q1 tsp turmeric


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp whole corriender seeds


  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp malai


  • 1/2 cups water

Directions

  • First chopped onion.
  • Now heat oil in a pan and give tadka of cumin seeds.
  • Now add onion and fry it.
  • Now make puree of tomato n add with all spices n fry till oil is separats.
  • Now add ginger, green chilli and 1/2 c water n bring boil.
  • Now add paneer pieces and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  • Finally add Corriender leaves and malai .
  • Switch off the gas.
