Ingredients
Serves 4
Pizza mix 1/2 tbsp
Pasta of your choice 150 gms
Oragano 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
Rosemary 1/8 tsp
Fresh basil leaves 8-10 nos
Capsicum chopped 1 nos
Salt to taste 1 tsp
olive oil 1 tsp
Canneries 1 tbsp
Blueberries 1 tbsp
Water to boil pasta 1 cups
Flex seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/8 tbsp
ground nut oil 1 tbsp
Directions
Take a deep pan. Fill the water in it. Let it boil.
Add 1 tea spoon oil n salt to it. Add pasta.
Let it cook for 7 min.
Check the pasta. Strain it.
Pour cold or normal water on it.
Add rest of groundnut oil on it so it will not stick to each other.
Take a pan add olive oil, chopped capsicum and let it cook for 2 to 3 mins.
Now add pasta,all the spices,flex seeds,salt toss n mix it well.
Add both berries to it. Serve it hot.
