Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Maida (All Purpose Flour) 3 cups

  • Yeast 2 tsp

  • Olive Oil 3 tbsp

  • Milk powder (Nido) 3 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Honey 1 tbsp

  • Oregano 1 tsp

  • Topping: Beef/Lamb Mince 1/2 kgs

  • Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 4 nos

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • dried Oregano o Parsely 1/2 tsp

  • Adding in Topping:Black pepper powder 1 pinch

  • Chilli sauce 1 tbsp

  • Mayonaise 2 tbsp

  • Cheddar cheese grated 2 tbsp

  • Mozarella cheese 2 tbsp

Directions

    Base dough: bind soft dough using ol ingredients wid warm water... let it rise

  • 02

    punch bek den roll in boat shape n pinch ends, den glaze wid beaten egg n kip on greased trays n let rise.

    bake in 200°C til browned up

  • 04

    Saute onions in olive oil til browned up add de rest of ingredients n saute more til all tomatoes is blended in, remuv from flame

    add chopped capsicum, parsely, sweet corns, black olives n onions....

    Adding in Topping:mix de above n add in mince mixture

  • 07

    scoop spoonfuls of mince topping n put on de pre baked bases cn put one raw egg on each base (its optional)

    den bake in oven to melt de cheese or can cook de egg if added....

    NB: For Prawns Pide u skip Mince Meat n add Prawns n skip egg olso....
