  • Kheema 1/2 kgs

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1 nos

  • Samosa wraps: maida (all purpose flour) 2 cups

  • salt 1 pinch

  • lemon juice 1/2 tsp

  • vinegar 1 tbsp

    Add in:.dry de mince in above add 1 tbsp of water, stir at intervals til its dried n cooked up.

    wen cooled dwn add handful of chopped corriander leaves n 2 strigs of mint leaves, 3 onions chopped finely wid 3 green chillies chopped... mix de above in kheema n do filling of samosas using either home med o ready samosa wraps.

    bind wid water to dough, mek 9 balls den roll de balls into puris.... tek 3 at a tyme, apply oil on each puri n lay anoder puri on de 3rd one do not apply oil.

    roll dis piled up 3 puris into thin roti n roast on big tava or pot lid... mek sure u kip high heat n turn ova n remuv if u kip low flame it wil go crispy.

    as soon as u remuv from flame separate de 3 rotis n lay ol rotis on damp cloth n cover it

    wen ol done same way cut in strips size of samosas u desire.
