Ingredients
Serves 4
Kheema (Beef mince) 1 kgs
Salt 1 pinch
green chillies 4-5 nos
few Mint leaves 8-10 nos
Corriander leaves (chopped) 6 1/4 cups
Garam masala 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 pinch
Ginger Garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Dhana/Jeera masala (Corriander/Cummin powder) 1 tsp
slices of Bread 10 nos
Eggs 2 nos
Onion (cubed) 1 nos
Black Pepper (pounded) 1/4 tsp
Directions
Strain and squeeze all water from kheema
Soak bread slices in water and squeeze out all water
Blend chillies, corriander n mint leaves, eggs, onion, ginger garlic paste n all spices
Tek a big bowl put kheema and bread mixture and the blended masala of chillies, mix well
Make long kebabs, when all done, deep fry on med flame til done, let it cool down
Beat 2 more eggs with pinch of salt, refry the fried kebabs dipping each in beaten egg to golden brown color
Serve with coconut chutney and red hot chutney
