Boil 1 ltr milk in wok when it became to bubble add vinegar now stir in a minute it became curdle strain with strainer In muslin cloth
Wash the whole paneer with water and let it drain all water for 15 min
Now on the other hand boil 1 ltr milk in wok in medium flame cook till it became little thick in consistency lastly add sugar chopped nuts, strawberry syrup and cardamom powder and switch off the gas.
Now take a paneer in big thali mash with hand and palmTill it became smooth.
After it became smooth with no cracks make a small ball do rest of all and keep a side.
Take a pressure cooker add 2 glass of water and half bowl of sugar and let it boil when it boiling add paneer balls to it and close the lid cook it for 10 minutes in medium flame.
After that take out all the balls from chashni and squeeze a little and add in rasmalai milk and keep in refrigerator for cool.
LSpun sugarAdd sugar to thick bottom pan and melt in medium flame when it totally melt switch off the gas and let it be little cool after cooling it became thick with the help of spoon take little bit in spoon and put down words in back of laddle and do like front n back front and back goes on its ready make ball like with both hands.
Serve Strawberry Spun Sugar Rasmalai with nuts spun sugar on top and drizzle with strawberry syrup enjoy cool cool.
