Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 11/2 Cup - Grated Coconut, tightly packed

  • 1 Cup - Desiccated Coconut flakes

  • 3/4 Cup - Milkmaid

  • 1 tsp - Ghee

  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom Powder

Directions

    Lightly roast grated coconut in ghee for 5 mins. Add milkmaid, cardamom powder and cook till the mixture leaves pan. This will take 19-20 mins

  • 02

    Cool the mixture and form laddoo from it. Roll the laddoo in desiccated coconut.

    Keep in fridge and served chilled.
