11/2 Cup - Grated Coconut, tightly packed
1 Cup - Desiccated Coconut flakes
3/4 Cup - Milkmaid
1 tsp - Ghee
1/4 tsp - Cardamom Powder
Lightly roast grated coconut in ghee for 5 mins. Add milkmaid, cardamom powder and cook till the mixture leaves pan. This will take 19-20 mins
Cool the mixture and form laddoo from it. Roll the laddoo in desiccated coconut.
Keep in fridge and served chilled.
