  • Dough: All purpose flour (maida) 2 cups

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 1/4 cups

  • Filling:Shrimps/Chicken cubes/Fish cubes 1 cups

  • Cabbage o Kale (chopped) 1/2 cups

  • Capsi/Spring onions/Carrots (chopped) 1/2 cups

  • Blackpepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Green chillies (chopped) 2 nos

  • Soya Sauce 1 tsp

  • Chilli sauce 1 tsp

  • Tomato Sauce 1 tsp

  • fish masala 1/2 tsp

  • chopped garlic 1 tsp

  • Ginger (chopped) 1 piece

  • Cornflour 1 tsp

    Dough: bind soft dough n cover wid damp cloth

    Filling:In a pan put lil oil n braise garlic n ginger add veggies, fish masala, sauces n cornflour n dry it up

    let it cool den do filling n deep fry wontons.

    if u r using dough mek smol balls of dough roll into thin puris put filling on hlf side of puri, bring de oder end on top over de oder as in doin it hlf.

    seal it ol over den bring de 2 ends together n join dem.

    wen ol done deep fry dem til crispy brown.
