Ingredients

  • 2 cups dough: all purpose flour (maida)


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1 cups filling:shrimps/chicken cubes/fish cubes


  • 1/2 cups cabbage o kale (chopped)


  • 1/2 cups capsi/spring onions/carrots (chopped)


  • 1/4 tsp blackpepper powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 nos green chillies (chopped)


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp chilli sauce


  • 1 tsp tomato sauce


  • 1/2 tsp fish masala


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic


  • 1 piece ginger (chopped)


  • 1 tsp cornflour

Directions

  • Dough: bind soft dough n cover wid damp cloth
  • Filling:In a pan put lil oil n braise garlic n ginger add veggies, fish masala, sauces n cornflour n dry it up
  • let it cool den do filling n deep fry wontons.
  • if u r using dough mek smol balls of dough roll into thin puris put filling on hlf side of puri, bring de oder end on top over de oder as in doin it hlf.
  • seal it ol over den bring de 2 ends together n join dem.
  • wen ol done deep fry dem til crispy brown.
