5-6 nos potatoes (boiled n mashed)
1 pinch salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch chilli powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp vaghaar/tempering:mustard seeds
1/2 tsp sesame
1 piece ginger
3 nos green chillies pounded
1/2 tsp garlic pounded
1 cups batter: besan (gram flour)
3 tbsp rice flour
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch chilli powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
Directions
Vaghaar/Tempering:tek a smol pan put 2 tbsp oil n temper de above n put in potato mixture... mix well n mek round balls.
Batter: mek thick batter, dip each ball in it n deep fry to golden brown.
