Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 5-6 nos potatoes (boiled n mashed)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 pinch chilli powder


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp vaghaar/tempering:mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp sesame


  • 1 piece ginger


  • 3 nos green chillies pounded


  • 1/2 tsp garlic pounded


  • 1 cups batter: besan (gram flour)


  • 3 tbsp rice flour


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 pinch chilli powder


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder

Directions

  • Vaghaar/Tempering:tek a smol pan put 2 tbsp oil n temper de above n put in potato mixture... mix well n mek round balls.
  • Batter: mek thick batter, dip each ball in it n deep fry to golden brown.
