Ingredients

  • potatoes (boiled n mashed) 5-6 nos

  • salt 1 pinch

  • lemon juice 1 tsp

  • chilli powder 1 pinch

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Vaghaar/Tempering:mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

  • sesame 1/2 tsp

  • ginger 1 piece

  • green chillies pounded 3 nos

  • garlic pounded 1/2 tsp

  • Batter: besan (gram flour) 1 cups

  • rice flour 3 tbsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • baking powder 1/2 tsp

  • chilli powder 1 pinch

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

    Vaghaar/Tempering:tek a smol pan put 2 tbsp oil n temper de above n put in potato mixture... mix well n mek round balls.

    Batter: mek thick batter, dip each ball in it n deep fry to golden brown.
